Customer Review: Very Disappointed

I bought this item for my son for Christmas. The battery pack charged but never worked - neither did the remote. I've tried 4 times to reach them using the consumer support number in the instruction manual - have been on hold 20 minutes each time - and then get disconnected - I used the feature to leave my number for a call back and I'm still waiting for a call 2 weeks later! I've tried the email tech support option - will see if they respond to that. Should not be this difficult to reach their consumer support! And, the product should work as intended as well! Steer clear!

Customer Review: Perfect for travel!

My 6-year-old just got this and is LOVING it! It holds a charge long enough to play games & watch dvd's on an entire flight NY to Cancun and in the airport. The games are tricky, and a bit challenging, but that's certainly better than being too easy! I was concerned about the small screen, but heck, it's bigger than the iPod touch screen & I happily watch on that! The only concern is that something about the battery goes against the TSA security in the airport and it was pulled out of our bags on each of our 4 flights and screened separately as a potential explosive device...
